This Privacy Policy applies to Scale Pilot DX Inc., operating as Pathwright ("Pathwright," "we," "us," or "our"). We are incorporated in Ontario, Canada and operate pathwright.ca.

Pathwright is subject to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Ontario privacy legislation. Our designated Privacy Officer is Ron Brett, reachable at ron@pathwright.ca.

We collect personal information only when you voluntarily provide it to us. The primary means of collection is through the contact and pilot enquiry form on this website.

Information collected through our contact form:

• First and last name
• Organisation name
• Email address
• Project type (selected from a dropdown)
• Project description (optional, free text)

Information collected automatically:

• Basic web analytics (page visits, general location by country/region) collected through Netlify's infrastructure
• We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics platforms such as Google Analytics

We do not collect sensitive personal information, financial information, health information, or information from individuals under 18 years of age.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information you provide solely for the following purposes:

• To respond to your enquiry about Pathwright's products or services
• To assess your project requirements and determine whether our products are a good fit
• To follow up regarding a pilot programme or licence engagement
• To communicate with you about your account or licence if you become a client

We will not use your information for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We do not send unsolicited commercial electronic messages.

4. How We Store Your Information

Form submissions are stored by Netlify Inc. on servers located in the United States. Netlify's privacy practices are governed by their privacy policy available at netlify.com. By submitting a form on this website, you consent to your information being processed and stored in the United States.

We may also retain your information in email correspondence stored through our Microsoft 365 account. Microsoft's data processing and storage practices are governed by Microsoft's privacy policy and applicable data processing agreements.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry or maintain a client relationship, and for a reasonable period thereafter in case of follow-up. We do not retain information indefinitely.

5. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties, except in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: Netlify (form processing and website hosting) and Microsoft (email). Both operate under data processing agreements.
• Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.
• Business transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6. Your Rights Under PIPEDA

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Withdraw consent to our use of your information (subject to legal and contractual obligations)
• Request deletion of your personal information, where we are not legally required to retain it
• Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use, or disclosure. Our website uses HTTPS encryption. Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections to Netlify's servers.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to using reasonable safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we handle.
